  • What will the Jose P. Laurel Hall feature?
    The Jose P. Laurel Hall will feature 2 unique and vastly different exhibits that showcase both nostalgia for the past and a mystical introspection of the self. These 2 exhibits are entitled “Back to 00” and Numinous”.   • How do I get to Jose P. Laurel Hall?
    All exhibitors and guests must enter through the 1st gate of the university. From then on, there will be markers that will direct you to a flight of stairs. The Jose P. Laurel Hall is located at the third floor. Wandering around into unauthorized areas of the school is strictly prohibited. Please refer to the following images to familiarize with the venue.
  • How long will the exhibition be?
    Both ‘Back to 00” and “Numinous” exhibits will run from July 20, 2022 to July 23, 2022. We will start accepting guests by 9 A.M, and will usher guests to leave the premises by 5 PM. For July 23, both exhibits will run from 9 A.M. to 1 P.M. only.
  • What are the rules and regulations at the exhibit?
    Please be reminded of the following: No touching of artworks, except for the interactive booths. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Jose P. Laurel Hall, they are only allowed up until the lobby.? We strictly enforce both exhibitors and guests to wear their face mask at all times. Alcohol stands are placed throughout the venue. Social distancing is advised. No alcoholic beverages inside the exhibit. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the school premises. Sharp objects and weapons are strictly prohibited. Violators will be forced to leave the premises. Follow marshals and usher’s directions. Follow the schedule on your ticket. Guests without tickets are not allowed to enter the exhibit We encourage guests to display proper public etiquette. Parents should monitor their children. Should a child cause a disruption, both parent and child will be escorted out for a moment. Floor markings will be present to warn guests not to go beyond the line when viewing artworks. Guests are not allowed to enter the Tech Booth.
  • How to buy tickets?
    Guests can purchase their tickets through any of the following: Walk-in (Jose P. Laurel Lobby) Online via the exhibit’s official website The Back to 00 exhibit will only welcome a limited number of walk-in visitors per day compared to confirmed pre-booked guests, so we highly advise everyone to make advanced bookings through our Facebook page so that we can anticipate the number of attendees.
  • How much are the ticket prices?
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payments via Gcash. Guests who purchase their tickets through our website will be redirected to a google forms document to fill in the necessary information needed.
  • Is there a limit on how many tickets I can purchase?
    The limit does not exist. (Get it? It’s a Mean Girls reference)
  • How do I gain entry to the Back to Zero Exhibition Space?
    Please bring your email/message and Gcash confirmation (through mobile or printed copy) and present this to our ticket booth (located at the Jose P. Laurel Lobby). On the day of the event, we may request your Valid ID for verification.
  • Do you have issues with the payment system?

  • Are children allowed inside the art fair?
    Children 8 and above are welcome to visit the art museum, however parents should be aware that artworks cannot be touched. There may also be displays containing mature content that are not appropriate for minors. Parental discretion is always advised.
  • At what age do children need their own entrance ticket? Are young kids free to enter?
    As per university rules, children below 8 are not allowed in the premises, however children 8 and above are required to present a vaccination card, as well as their ticket receipt.
  • Is there a dress code for the event?
    As our exhibit is centered around the Y2K era, we encourage visitors to don their best 2000’s gear. Beside this, there is no dress requirement but we do ask that visitors dress appropriately for a public event wherein children and professionals might attend.
  • How long am I allowed to stay at the fair?
    Guests are encouraged to follow their allotted schedule stated on their ticket.
  • Is photography allowed at the venue?
    The exhibit will feature interactive booths wherein guests can pose in and snap a photo. Taking photos of the artworks are permitted but please turn off your camera flash. Please be considerate to other visitors and refrain from hogging the artworks or interactive booths. Taking a photo of an artwork from our website/physical exhibit and illegally distributing to various platforms without the artist’s consent is considered art theft.   • Will there be restrooms?
    Restrooms are open to visitors and reside at the far corners of the Jose P. Laurel Lobby.
  • Can I bring my pet to the exhibit?
    As much as we like seeing furry friends, pets are not allowed inside the school premises.
  • Is smoking allowed in the venue?
    Smoking is prohibited within the school premises.
  • Where can I park my vehicle?
    There are parking spaces available near gate 2 and around the school premiseshowever these parking spaces may have a fee. We are not liable for any losses that may occur at any of these parking spaces.
  • Is it okay if we talk to the artists in the exhibition spaces?
    Absolutely! The artists are free to talk to and would gladly answer your inquiries about the artworks or the exhibit proper in general.
  • Lost and found items
    For lost and found items, please reach out to any exhibit staff member, usher, marshal or contact us on our Facebook page.
  • IATF PROTOCOLS
    For us to further execute the safety and security of our exhibit. We would like to conduct the following IATF guidelines. Alert Level 1 - IATF protocols: ● Alert level 1 areas are mandated to wear protective face masks except when drinking and eating, or participating in sports within ventilated areas, or participating in outdoor sports while practicing physical distancing. ● IATF Alert Level 1 guidelines permits all private offices and workplaces to operate as long as they are in compliance with national rules on vaccination for on-site work. ● Persons aged 18 and above are required to present full vaccination proof before entering establishments and public gatherings. While children aged 17 and below are not required to present vaccination status. ● It is also mandated to present vaccination proof before participating in meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibition events (MICE). EXHIBIT GUIDELINES: ● Fully vaccinated adults and minors shall be allowed entry. ● Unvaccinated minors will be allowed as long as they are accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult. ● Unvaccinated adults shall not be allowed entry. ● A temperature check is required upon entry to building grounds. ● Person’s exhibiting covid symptoms shall not be allowed. ● Face masks are required to be worn at all times. ● Social distancing must be observed at all times. ● The maximum number people that would be allowed inside the premises will only be 50 people per time excluding the exhibitors.
  • Merchandise
    Artworks displayed at the exhibit are exclusive to Back to 00 exhibit only. Some of these artworks are merchandise, depending on the artist. If you wish to buy an artwork, please ask for assistance from one of the exhibit staff.
  • Can I buy merchandise online?
    Yes, Back to Zero merchandise (such as tees, stickers, etc) can be ordered on our Facebook page; however, artworks displayed in our official website and in our physical exhibit are up to the artist’s discretion. If you wish to buy an artwork, you may visit our official website, look for their profile and refer to their own art pages to make a transaction. Back to Zero is not liable for any damages that may occur during outside transactions between the guests and the artists.
